Live Streamed Energy Medicine Yoga Class

I Am Well Darke County has just become a remote site for Synergy Yoga's class, Energy Medicine Yoga. This yoga practice incorporates classic yoga with energy medicine techniques, such as tapping, acupressure holds and neurolymphatic reflex self-massage. There are now three options to participate in this class.....

in-person at the studio (3773 Hursch Rd. New Madison, OH); over Zoom from your home; over Zoom at I Am Well in Greenville, OH (300 Sycamore St.). By participating at I Am Well, you have the potential of interacting with other yogis, while letting someone else figure out equipment and connection issues. :) Click the links below to register each week...it helps us to know when you will be there; and to pay online with a credit card. Despacho Ceremony to Restore Balance

and Harmony

A despacho is an offering for coming into ayni, right relationship, with Nature. Everyday items will be used symbolically to represent our intentions for initiating energy shifts and healing. We will infuse each item with our prayers, add these items to our bundle and then discuss how to perform ceremony to convey the gifts to Spirit.

During the workshop:

• we will explore the meaning of despacho, as a bundle of physical items and as a ceremony to restore us to ayni with the natural world;
• we will create a despacho bundle from provided materials;

• you will learn several ways for completing the ceremony at home, allowing for the shifts in the energies.

Cost: $35, includes all materials

Individual Plan for Making Changes

If you are feeling the strong need/desire/nudge to make a change in your physical, emotional and mental bodies, keep reading. This is a program that run a month at a time. During the 30 days, we will meet in-person for a shamanic healing process and to discuss next steps; you will receive approximately one to two links to yoga/qigong/meditation YouTube videos recorded to address your specific needs.

• One in-person session once a month
• Follow-ups through text messaging or FaceBook Messenger, 1-2 times in between in-person sessions
• Videos of yoga/qi gong practices so you can do your “homework” from home
• Possible online sessions over Zoom to connect to discuss any issue, demonstrate movements and/or supplement action plan.

1 Month Commitment: $155.00
3 Month Commitment: $345.00

(savings of $40/month or $120 over the 3 months)

If you decide not to do the single or 3 month options, first session will be $85.
